The signed agreement is part of Axpe Consulting’s commitment to collaborating with high-potential startups to incorporate them into its R&D&I initiatives. In this regard, within our system, an internal sponsor from the firm is designated to monitor the progress and achievement of the objectives to be met by the involved organizations. This sponsor has the authority to participate in follow-up meetings with third parties and propose actions regarding the execution milestones in all aspects for the proper evolution of the agreements between Axpe Consulting and Nyuron. The person mutually agreed upon by both organizations is Mario Martín Conde, Deputy General Manager of Axpe Consulting.

 

Regarding the company we will be collaborating with, it is worth noting that NYURON SYNAPTICS S.L. is a technology-based startup founded in March 2015. It focuses its activities on the reliable prediction of human behavior by applying scientific knowledge and best practices in psychology in areas where behavior prediction is applicable.

The company is developing its own innovative technology in the field of behavior prediction for implementation on a computer platform, with one of its products being an Expert Behavior Prediction System (SEPC). The SEPC represents a significant innovation, offering a wide range of products and services related to behavior prediction. It is a market pioneer, applying a different approach from the traditional one, with high reliability and flexibility, which clearly differentiates it from other initiatives worldwide. This project is a collaboration with the Cardenal Cisneros University College, affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), and the Department of Applied Mathematics to Information and Communication Technologies of the Higher Technical School of Telecommunications Engineers at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSIT-UPM) in developing novel psychological and mathematical algorithms and models that form the basis of their behavior prediction model. These models are implemented on a computer platform made available to each client through case modeling.

As an example, some of the applications of the SEPC that would be intended to cover include:

• Individual risk assessments for accidents.
• Individual risk assessments for illness.
• Individual evaluation of life behaviors and actuarial predictions.
• Evaluation of the adaptation of human resources to their job positions.
• Evaluation of the tendency towards absenteeism.
• Incorporation of action guidelines in training activities.
• Individual evaluation of the risk of customer fraud.

Although the project is in its launch phase, there are already practical experiences that demonstrate the product’s capabilities, as well as the services that can be provided. Through the signed agreement, Axpe Consulting joins the project as an innovative company in information technologies, which will give the project greater dynamism in achieving its objectives.
