The Banking area of AXPE Consulting attends the OKForo on Innovation and Digital Banking
The Banking Directors of AXPE Consulting attended the event held today at the Banco Sabadell Auditorium in Madrid. The event, organized by OKDiario, was presented by Eduardo Inda, the Director of the media outlet, and inaugurated by the Minister of Energy, Tourism, and Digital Agenda, Álvaro Nadal.
The main topic discussed during the forum was the digital revolution and the importance of cybersecurity in the financial sector. The speakers were Alberto Hernández, General Director of the Spanish Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE); Lluis Pons, Marketing Director of Banco Sabadell; Álvaro de Salas, Director of Innovation and New Banking Businesses at Indra; and Rafael Chelala, a lawyer specializing in cybercrime from the law firm Alarcón–Espinosa Chelala & Dorado
Other issues addressed at the Forum included the approach of digital banking to users, the validity of Bitcoin, and the importance of data protection when data is transferred to cloud platforms.
Rosa Morales, Director of Retail Banking, and Ricardo Ferruz, Director of Operations in the Banking area, were the representatives of AXPE Consulting during the event. After the speakers’ presentations, Ferruz showed interest in the issue of cloud cyberattacks, as well as the protocols that ensure cybersecurity in a company.
