Training Courses in Java and Talent: AXPE Consulting’s Latest Initiative

At AXPE, we are delivering an official Java training course in collaboration with the Hazerta academy. The program lasts 250 hours, starting on February 5 and concluding on April 6. This course is designed for unemployed individuals and workers looking to improve their employment situation, with a 60% hiring commitment.

Currently, the IT sector (Information Technology) requires numerous specialists in Java. Our clients communicate this need to us daily. In fact, one of the most common demands we receive is for versatile professionals proficient in languages such as Java.

At AXPE, we are strongly committed to society and take pride in creating job opportunities for individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm, perseverance, and a strong work ethic. As part of this commitment, we are offering this course to a diverse range of participants—from engineers who completed their studies years ago and need to update their skills to young professionals with limited experience.

The training is conducted by Hazerta, an academy specializing in New Technology education, offering employment-focused courses as well as training programs for job seekers. In this case, the course is delivered in person, although Hazerta also provides online and remote training programs with minimal in-person attendance requirements.

The course is designed for 12 participants, with AXPE committing to hire at least 7 of them. As of now, one trainee has already joined our company’s workforce. The training is completely free for all attendees, offering them a valuable opportunity to re-enter the job market in a thriving sector with a very low unemployment rate.

The training program is designed to fully equip students with the skills they need to succeed in the job market. Participants start by learning the fundamentals of object-oriented programming languages, then move on to multi-layer architecture and software engineering processes, before concluding with testing and exception handling.

To select candidates for the course, AXPE and Hazerta conducted individual interviews to assess prior knowledge, interests, and commitment levels. Throughout the course, regular evaluations are conducted, and personalized reports are prepared to track each student’s progress.

This is the first time AXPE has organized such a training program, and it has been a resounding success. The students are highly engaged, and their progress has exceeded expectations. Upon completion, we hope to integrate many of them into our team.
