AXPE Consulting Strengthens Team Expertise in the Insurance Sector
As part of its corporate training plan, AXPE Consulting is deepening its understanding of the current state of the insurance market, its operations, and commercialization strategies.
This comprehensive training program is designed to provide expertise not only in insurance business operations but also in technological advancements within the sector. The program consists of multiple courses, the first of which focused on how the insurance market currently operates. Topics covered included contracts, pricing, types of insurance, key institutions in the sector, and claims management, among others.
The training was conducted in collaboration with ICEA (Cooperative Research among Insurance Companies and Pension Funds) and was led by Miguel Ormaeche, a lawyer specializing in Insurance Law and Labor Law.
The insurance sector training course was delivered to over 15 professionals from AXPE Consulting who work with clients in this industry. This course marks the beginning of a comprehensive training plan aimed at covering key business aspects of the sector.
The objective of the training was to provide an understanding of the operational and commercial fundamentals of insurance, as well as the main legislative texts regulating insurance contracts and activities. As Mario Martín, Deputy General Manager of AXPE Consulting, explains, the goal is to ensure that “our experts in cutting-edge technologies fully understand the insurance industry, enabling them to perform their roles in this sector optimally.”
ICEA was the entity responsible for organizing this course, using concepts and practical cases to facilitate learning and assess each participant’s knowledge. Through this and future training sessions, the company aims to ensure that employees have a deep understanding of the business area they work in, in addition to the technologies and methodologies they use daily.
