Personal data provided directly by you as a job applicant, intern, potential candidate, or participant in the Internship Program.
Personal data we receive from other sources, such as headhunters, job portals, or references who may provide personal information about the Candidate.

We collect identification, academic, and professional data, information related to the published job offer, etc. These data may vary depending on the vacancy and geographical location to meet the applicable legal requirements. We also collect and process information obtained from tests conducted during the selection process.

When you are selected as a finalist candidate for employment or, in the case of internal mobility, for a position change:

If you are selected as a finalist in any program or vacancy, we may request, based on the applicable legislation, the necessary data to formalize the contractual relationship and process your registration as an employee in the relevant public and private systems.

Once the offer is accepted by the selected candidate, they will be asked to provide the necessary documents for registration. The list of required documents will vary depending on each jurisdiction. The lawful basis for this processing is the execution of a contract.

In these cases, the personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any potential liabilities arising from that purpose, as well as for the periods established by applicable archiving and documentation regulations.
